Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Whisper to the Pearl. Below are the details of how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time

We process orders within 3 business days of purchase. During peak periods (major holidays, new collection launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 7 business days from the day your order is shipped. In some cases, delivery may extend up to 14 business days due to carrier delays, weather, or remote delivery addresses.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 10–17 business days.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking details in your account under "Orders." Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Delays

Carrier-related delays are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipment date, please email us at iwanna@whispertothepearl.com and we will help locate your package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be refunded for the product cost minus original shipping. Re-shipment will require a new shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. For damaged items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Gift Orders

We do not include pricing on packing slips. If you would like a handwritten note included, you can add a message in the cart notes at checkout.
